ParcLife Homes had the pleasure of renovating another home in East Atlanta Village. This project is located right across the street from Brownwood Park and in walking distance to The Village. Compared to the property we purchased at 750 Gresham Avenue, this was probably the second worst looking home in East Atlanta Village before we renovated it. Once again we salvaged a good portion of this 1940’s home and built a wonderful looking custom ranch with many cedar and pine accents along with huge stone fireplaces. Both homes on Gresham Ave. are unbelievable renovations where we kept as much of the original curb appeal.
