My wife and I purchased a century home in Inman Park, with plans for an addition. We met Kevin and Jason through our realtor before we closed, and they laid out a reasonable preliminary proposal. After closing we were invited to tour the home of one of their previous clients (they did a second floor addition to her home) and she had nothing but great things to say about their work. So, we ended up enlisting them (ParcLife Homes) for our project officially.
They actually pitched a full gut/reno of the entire house, which we were initially hesitant about but ended up agreeing to. You can see the before and after images here, it was such a great decision. Their craftsmen and subcontractors were able to recreate some of the historic craftsman aesthetics that had been lost over the decades. We were especially impressed by the teams that did cabinets, trim work/built ins, and painting. This is our forever home now.
